Culture experience
The inimitable culture of Val Gardena is worth seeing. You will find the beautiful maintianed churches of St. Antonius, St. Jacob and St. Christina. You can also find a castle - the "Fischburg", the ruine of Selva, and the museum of Val Gardena which is situated in the near village Ortisei. In the Museum you find a concentration of the whole story of Val Gardena - from the formation of the Dolomites with a large amount of fossiles to the manufacture and rising business of the famous wooden carves figures and artists of Val Gardena.
